Senior Associate
Sam’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including contract and business, as well as other complex civil matters. Sam joins Neuman Law after several years representing insurance carriers in a broad range of first-party property matters, including coverage disputes, fraud investigations, and high-volume litigation involving homeowner insurance claims.
His prior experience in the insurance defense sector has honed his ability to assess risk, manage intricate case dynamics, and develop litigation strategies that are both aggressive and efficient—skills that translate seamlessly into the demands of commercial litigation. Mr. Goldberg brings a disciplined, analytical approach to each matter, with a strong emphasis on client advocacy and resolution-oriented outcomes.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, traveling and exploring new restaurants throughout the South Florida area.
